As an inherently interdisciplinary field, a minor in Communication is an excellent complement for students in other majors seeking to expand their knowledge of intercultural competency, persuasive discourse, or conflict management. Communication minors take coursework that introduces them to several theoretical traditions in the field, and are allowed to complete a wide range of upper-division class offerings.
